Did you know this post is featured by LJ? I logged out of LJ, clicked "life" on the navigation bar, and found a link to this entry. And other users entries with personal stuff on it (like pictures of their kids).
I wonder if the users featured know they're being featured like this? They're all public entries, but it does feel somewhat exploitive and MySpace-esque.

Unfortunately, that is where pretty much all of this is going, not just LJ. I'm 'putting up a fight' not because I think we can win, but because Lost Causes are usually the only ones worth fighting for.

I joined LJ back in Sept of 2001, about two weeks after 9/11, because I needed a public forum to vent and rant and so on if I was to hold on to what little sanity I had left. In that effort, I failed. lol

As I said above, 'I'm 'putting up a fight' not because I think we can win, but because Lost Causes are usually the only ones worth fighting for.' Capitalism Marches On and until that fails, we're stuck with eating its shit.

And that's the name of that tune...

He's reminding me a bit of Al Kahn right here. But LJ is a lot more likely to dump this guy than 4Kids is to dump Kahn.
