Two pages written today.  Will do more after I've fed.  Made it back to the gym.  Ran errands of various sorts.  It feels good to be doing things - after the couple of days of cranky, and far too many days of sick

and I'll at least get to spend another year+ in it, so I'll enjoy...

so you'll still be there and in it come May, when I'll be passing through town on my way to/from Madison for Wiscon then. (My dear friend Nisi Shawl is GOH at Wiscon! I *will* be going, come H*ll or high water)

I hear Madison is nice and even has some institutes of higher education in the area.

I hear that madison is absolutely lovely... I *also* hear that it is a fairly popular place among intellectuals, meaning that jobs there in the academy are a little on the sparse side. (That said, I'll obviously be looking...)
