As simple/stupid as it sounds, I just really wanted to this time. Remember to, it is easier to make changes together, as it helps break patterns. I stopped on the day I got a new car.
I like smoking. Really. I would like it if I could control myself and have only a few a day. Once I get to the point of having a pack+ in a day, there is constantly a taste in my mouth, shit in my throat, and I just start generally feeling "blah."
I also just finally got fed up with these little white sticks running my life. Stop what your doing and go outside for 5 minutes... "OMGZ I need to go buy some", etc, etc, etc
