Tea of the Day

Red Raspberry Leaf: 5/5

The rating is mostly for the fact that RRL very effectively kills cramps. For real. Other than that, very strong RRL tea tastes like very weak Green Tea. It has a bit of graininess to it that some green teas do too. Not bad tasting at all, but for someone who likes strong tea, it can be a bit frustrating. Highly recommended

I think I'll tell my mother and sister about it...do you know any good teas for headaches? I've been having nasty ones lately...

And by the way, I didn't know if you knew, but my little brother is at Binghamton now. We took him up a couple of weeks ago, but I got sick so I didn't get a chance to say hi to anyone.

Teas for headaches are peppermint or lavender. I dont recommend both at the same time because it doesnt taste very good. Also, if you have scented oils, both the mint and lavender work, and a combination of the two is also good. :)
