Looking Back

I just looked back at some posts and now I realize that that was a bad idea.

Feeling anxiety come up and bite me in the ass and makes the tears start.

UGH

Maybe it is a combo of looking back and not having my surgery tomorrow.

Don't know. I think I will go to sleep soon so I don't have to think about it.
