See I thought the head came through with them and that is why it got picked up right away by the trash guy. I just assumed that somehow the head activated the body where it was for the 8 years.

I try not to think about it as in depth as you are or I will go nuts.

My computer is dead so hopefully I can watch Torchwood this weekend. If not, I will go nuts.

Ah... the head came through with them. Makes sense. In fact, maybe the entire body came through and the head simply became seperated, which is why that was by the road and the body was at the rubbish dump.

I think they focus on Gwen more because she's like the companion is in Doctor Who. If that makes sense. I'm not complaining, since I think she's hot, but I can see how it might grate.

Also I never got I/J, but the office moment did make me go "awwww", even if it was preceeded by Jack being weirdly romantic with Gwen.

WTF is up with Jack/Gwen? What was that whole scene where he found out about her being engaged?

UGH. That annoyed me. "He asked me while you were away!" as if had Jack been around then maybe she would not have gotten engaged.
