Spent the evening with a friend who is going through a rough patch. Was going to be a tough evening for them, so had offered my company to help lessen the stress. Glad I did as all had not gone to plan & stress was plentiful ( Read more... )

Lots and lots and lots of pancakes

I am so full. One night break form the diet and I had something between six and ten pancakes, the last couple flambed. The first flambed one the flames hit the ceiling, and it's a high ceiling!

Oh yes, and Ale, god have I missed ale.

Oh well back to the diet tomorrow.

After being dicked about by work finally managed to set off for Morcame about 6 ish.
