Have you heard about the food experiments with changing the food in jail? It had enourmous effects on the agression level, it took down by a third.

Also in schools they tried that, healthy food and esp less sugar and the kids became more focussed, less noisy and calmer.

Isn't it insane, this way it all looks so simple..

Yes. Absolutely insane. I think the problem is that for a large percentage of the population fat and sugar are addictive, probably more so than even tobacco(my own worst habit I have to be honest enough to admit). I'm sure that once upon a time when winter food had to be scavenged from scarce resources this taste was good for survival, but in these days of plenty it is a curse ( ... )
