Maybe this'll help? If you're using XP, that is. If not, just Google "Vista system restore" or whatever operating system you may be using and see what comes up.

I was going to suggest a couple of programs myself, but I got beaten to it by a better solution. ^^; If you want any recommendations, though, just let me know - I have a couple of programs that have helped me in the past, only I can never remember exactly /how/ I solved anything because I would just go around hitting buttons. >>; Still, I know how you feel, so I hope everything gets recovered! bT^T *hugs* ♥~

i was gonna say do a system restore..usually works but every time i try to do it i get the system can not be restored to this date.

i had to do it for Melanie a few times, aparently she is not computer savy but that dosent really surprise me

Yes! (Thank goodness TwT) Normally I wouldn't worry as I would re-download them or whatever, but the ones that got deleted I had gotten from my old roommate (who's in New York and I'm in Arizona X.x)
