I have to agree with most of what you said. Except for the thought that its not "our" generation fighting gay rights. In fact, its a little bit of everyone.

*nod* that too. But it seems to be, although I won't claim to be 100% right or anything, that it's more the older generations that were raised under one belief and to think ONLY under that belief.
It seems to me that our generation has more of the "You have your own mind to decide with" kind of thing goin on.

I take after my Aunt Gina a lot more than my mom. There are a lot of things I got from my mom though, I do admit this, like my temper, intuition and other stuff.

My mom thinks homosexuality is a way of cheating women from really great guys.. in a nut shell. When I came out, she say I did "the woman I was supposed to marry the worst thing ever." It's idiotic. Jeremy is grown up though. I know him and I've seen him, we have reverted roles, I'm basically the "younger brother" right now. He'll be an amazing father. :)
