Do all of the stories have to be romances?

Certainly not! A pairing or group can be romantic or a friendship. Although romance is supported, you don't nessecarily have to write all (or any) of your fics as romances.

Is there a certain length stories have to be?

No, there isn't a set length. It would however, be nice if stories were kept to a 100 word minimum.
