The old saying is correct: we do learn something everyday. We learn something new about ourselves, our surroundings, the people we know and love/hate. We may learn about the innerworkings of society or the biological world we live in. Regardless of the lesson and the teacher, we learn. But the questions never cease to arise. no matter how much I care, it doesn't mean a thing. Until we can learn to cherish what we have we'll never know how much we mean to someone.

By answering one 'why question' you close the door to one mystery and open a window into another. Or several windows. One answer might spark a series of new questions seeking enlightenment.
