My head hurts.

I've been really bitter this last week, and feeling somewhat doomed. I guess I can chalk it up as another existential crisis - cause I'm dramatic like that.

I also weirded myself out dreaming about pancakes and alternate universes...and turtles. And I bit myself in my sleep. T_T embarrassing and painful 'cause it's my right index

BLEACH - Srsly WTF. That was one boring chapter after the insufferable flashbacks and now we're back to some drama. (It's important yes yes yes but I couldn't care less.) and HIATUSSS! I used to like Bleach more than I ever liked Naruto but gah, I have found that reading Naruto nowadays is such a thrilling experience that you would wish for Kishi to provide us decent flashbacks of Naruto's birth or sth like that.

I shouldn't be saying this but that volcano eruption looked amazingly spectacular; Mother Nature sure knows how to make a grand entrance.

Bleach is so boring, and I guess it's cause Kubo's been leading me around by the nose so much, that I just refuse to be baited.

I mean there's only so many time you can play the Big Surprise Card before it stops being entertaining.

Mother Nature is fkin' scary and beautiful...I can't imagine being near that site in RL. o_o

Inoue's "Arc" is a blatant rip-off of previous Bleach scenes. Kubo may be using it for some sort of dramatic effect, but the more he does it, the less it seems like parallelism and the more it just seems like laziness.

Kubo's redeemed characters before - Look at Byakuya or Renji.

At this point all he's doing with Inoue to me is beating a dead horse. It's not redemption, it's subterfuge.

Awesome mushrooms. I love 'em. Orihime needs to be struck by two of those.

She sucks. She sucks so badly that she actually blows. She's the reason that I can't even look at Bleach anymore. Kubo is doing a lousy job at trying to pass off Orihime as 'admirable'. "WOW, there's an Orihime development." Haven't we all been there dozens and hundreds of times before being hit with the realisation that nothing ever changes!? Stupid characterisation. I've given her so many chances. I'm completely over Bleach.

Kubo has written some amazing chapters, and I think he's created a lot of original characters that break the usual shounen manga tropes - I have no idea about Lady Mary-Sue, I throw up my arms in surrender.

I'm not clever or bored enough to pick up on all the ever-so-subtle nuances of this Complex Amazing Character™.

She'd prolly survive a volcano, with her godly shielding capabilities V.2.0 -_-
