Kimi ni Todoke is one of the best shoujo around - it even won a prize last year XD I bought vol01 in french for my daughter and she loves it XD

And although I don't like the main couple - I absolutely DESPISE the love interest lol - GALISM is absolutely HILARIOUS like hell XD

Haven't read the Kafka on the Shore but have read "Veronika Decides to Die" There is a certain charm in this kind of books, swirling around insanity, toying with the definitions of what's sane and what is not. It's been a while since I read this genre, I'll try to get my hands on Kafka on the Shore <3

You most probably have already read "I never promised you a rose garden" but just in case not, I have a feeling you would love it <3
