Anybody have need of a bunch of clear plastic video cassette cases? I've got a large box of them...I'm guessing probably 50-70 or so, though I'd be happy to count them if someone's interested. Know of a school, library, obsessive organizer, or anybody else that might want them? For all I know, they might make useable craft boxes for small items ( Read more... ) -

We had a manufacturing delay on some parts we need for the Spankfestival build. If anybody on here is coming out on Thursday or early Friday that can reasonably go through Aurora, Illinois on the way and pick up six aluminum parts (each about the size of a blender), we would be ETERNALLY grateful. Technical services alert...
I developed a cell phone battery charging issue the week before Shibaricon. Since I was out of town for over a week, with no chance of dealing with it, I grabbed my old business phone, left an extended absence greeting saying "call my other phone at 414-yada yada". Checked VM every day, and didn't worry about how long it took to fix the issue ( Read more... ) -
State of the 'Smile address...
I took a lot of time off. I did a lot of soul-searching. I read a zillion books. I made a list of things I wanted from my professional life. I tested the waters on ideas, some of which will yet bear beautiful fruit. I changed my life in important ways. I did things I love and learned a great deal.
