better pay.
"experience" in legal world, good for future employment.

baker's delight cons:

like Sam said, law firm = more hours -> more money.

Bakers would be like 3 shifts a week, and having two jobs sucks (if I get the bakers delight job, mum wants me to get a second job too). Plus law firm isn't any weekend hours =DD woot. It's full time, which is more comforting, same hours every week.
