Ok so I joined yet another weight loss class last week and I actually lost half a stone! I know this is yea for me and all but as I was power walking myself home I realised that I have spent the last 12 years on and off diets, a constant yoyo. The worst part is I'm only 25! I am destined to live a life of dieting, oh how I wish I didn't care :( xxx

I end up eatting junk food b/c I'm vegetarian, and lactose intolerant (so I can't eat a lot of dairy). My family is a bunch of meat eatters, so I end up eatting carbs (sandwiches, pasta, pizza...) instead of the meat they're eatting.

I'm a carb lover too, just add lots of veggie's and fruit and drink lots of water :)
