I started writing "Skyline Fan" when I was nearly 38. I'm nearly fifty now. Moreover, I'm going to have an aortic valve replacement (AVR) in a very short period of time. I've anticipated this surgery for about a decade, and I thought I'd try to write about it. In short, enough has changed with the passage of time, and it's been about 4 years
