I couldn't sleep last night if someone paid me.
I feel like I have a blatter infection again (how does this keep happening?)
I can't eat because it makes me sick.
And now I have to go to school and afterwards, work! awesome what a terrible day this is going to be!

you get them from having sex. make sure right after you have sex you go pee. (i don't know if you want all of LJ reading this.) sex causes bacteria to build up, and urine is a disinfectant.

oh also, some people are more prone to getting them than others (like myself) if you can help it, drink as much crandberry juice as possible. Real cranberry juice, not cranberry cocktail.
