joys of solitude
Mom and Dad are in Florida for the weekend, and Crash is visiting his dad. This morning I slept in (apparently 7:15 is sleeping in for me these days.)

I also agree, having done it myself this morning, that waking up early on a day without work (today) or anywhere else to be just left me feeling totally cheated and pissed off. I was hoping to at least lie around in bed until 8, but I was UP, and there was ALL KINDS OF NOTHING TO DO.
And, just so you know, I recently came to a similar realization that I cannot make my asshat, bullying, finger-pointing, fictionalizing co-irker into a nice, mature, responsible truth-teller just because I have high standards. All I can do is my job.
