I survived Thanksgiving. Considering it included a family gathering and working retail, I feel pretty bad-ass about it

I think anybody with any sense or logic knows that people like you (low end of the chain in retail, that is) don't. Which is why I went to the manager. Why give the person making minimum wage a hard time? They can't do anything, and they don't make enough money to give grief to. But this person clearly didn't have any sense or logic, so you probably weren't going to be able to make him happy anyway.
