You all need to get "Semagic" for LJ. It's a LJ updating program so you don't have to update via the web. Check out my LJ info for details on how to download. It's so easy to use, too.

er, if you use pretty much any non-internet-explorer browser they would have kept the entry when you went back forward...

or writing your entry in word and then cutting and pasting
