We moved into our new apartment on December 2. It was a tough choice as to whether to take this place or not becuase it is pretty far from where we both work. Well, I am back! J and I have moved out of the psychopaths house and are in our own apartment. Our housemate took us to court to have us evicted. We got paperwork served to us and he sued us for $1000.00 and forced eviction. The $1000.00 was for rent covering August, September, October and November. On Tuesday afternoon, a sherrifs marshall served us papers for eviction. Our court date is Dec. 1, 2005. Having never been served before it was a bit of an experience.
