Chronologically as in when they were produced, or when they occur in continuity?
My wife and I are watching TNG in reruns right now and loving it all over again (we were both huge fans as kids). We have a theory that the main computer on the Enterprise secretly hates the entire crew except for Data, which has led to some hilarious reinterpretations of things like holodeck glitches.
I did not last past the 3rd season of Enterprise, and I think I faded out of DS9 after the 2nd season. I watched less than a season of Voyager. It just didn't work for me.
In continuity. I think that will be more fun. (And I'm going to start with First Contact, I think, because *technically* the majority of the action takes place before everything else)
After a long break from any Star Trek, it is always fun to go back and watch a few. Now I'll be thinking about the computer's relationship with the crew next time I watch!
I wonder if it is just nostalgia that was getting me hooked on Enterprise or if I'm just in a different place in my life and can appreciate it.

I also stopped watching partway through DS9.
I think this is a great idea, to watch them chronologically. I am all about watching things in sequence.
I never did watch the series with Scott Bakula - which is surprising because I loved him and Quantum Leap was another one of my favorite shows.
