Haha. I laugh because I only drink coffee in the morning if zebulen makes it for me. Turning on the coffee pot in the morning? No thank you. I'm amazed I am even able to dress myself in the morning, let alone make a food product.

There are those really bad coffee vending machines, where you put in your money and push a button for the kind of coffee you want and out it pours. I wonder if I could install one of those! But then I suppose it would need some regular maintenance.... and I don't have a Zebulen to do that for me, either!

They make little coffee drink mix packets. Taster's Choice! Probably ALMOST as good as vending machine coffee. Or you could just have Zeb come to your house every morning and start 'er up. That's I think the ultimate course of action.

I would like to walk up to my counter and grab a magically appearing travel mug filled with coffee exactly how I like it. Why can't this happen??

It almost can if you have a Keurig!

If they made them pre-made with sugar and milk then it would make me happy!

It can if you get a timer for your coffee pot...

But a timer won't dispense the milk and sugar into it for me!

Hmmm, that IS a problem.

I make my coffee the night before, so the only thing I need to do is turn the pot on in the morning before I get in the shower. If I try to make it in the morning, I always leave out one essential item: water, coffee, or the pot itself (yeesh).

I am thinking maybe I should pre-set my travel mug in the refrigerator with the appropriate sugar and milk the night before, and get a coffee pot with a timer, so that when I come down all I have to do is pour the hot coffee into the milk and sugar in the travel mug.

That's a good idea! The night before, I do set out my mug, my Sweet & Low, a spoon, and the measuring spoon for my half & half, plus my juice glass and the measuring cup for that (I'm doing Weight Watchers, so I measure everything). But I might try your idea!
