When writing your journals, don't worry too much about the dates. Krista had a good idea of just writing a title. However, when a subject calls for multiple entries, then you might want to make dates. Just remember not to write the journal past today's date. Or before the second week of school.
Example: Don't write entry #1 on August 23 because we were not in school yet. Also, don't write past today's date and try to make it look like you tried to write when you had time. Maybe not on the same days that we actually did the excercise in class, but after. Look at your syllabus. Actually, this isn't as tricky as it seems. Just try to keep a time line. You don't have to be realistic.
