Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--
Of cabbages--and huge insane collections of beanie babies!

And truthfully.... it's a bit how I feel. After all... I tricked them into coming home with me all those years ago. I waited in lines sometimes for hours to acquire them.... what beanie in her right mind would have thought that after all THAT.. I would so callously desert them?

At least, I didn't EAT them.

Dearest Suzi, we know how you feel. Before moving we whittled our beanie collection down to a very select few, mostly holiday beanies and the ones we spent a ridiculous amount on. And, as you know, they are not selling for anywhere NEAR what we paid for them. I remember the insanity so well - the auctions, standing in line in the SNOW for heaven's sake, the fights in the stores and in the lines. Calling my co-worker's on my cell phone and telling them where the beanies were so they could tear out of the office and into their cars. Ah, those were the days.

I know that it's hard, but I also know that you had to do it. And the beanies will understand, really they will. They will be LOVED in their new homes.

Do you REALLY think they will E.T. ????? Do you have a good feeling?? I worry for them and as INSANE as it sounds... I truly love each and every one of them!
I always felt they had little personalities!

I know... I'm silly!

Thanks for making me feel better though!!!!

I do. I picture them living in their new homes being admired and loved by children and by collectors. After all, anyone buying them now are truly beanie lovers!
