Walking home from the Vogue tonight, I was reminded of a localized phenomenon that I've been seeing a lot of. I'm sure that this occurs in other areas, but lately I've been noticing it more and more near where I live. I've been seeing piles of clothing abandoned along streets and sidewalks. They seem intact, not particularly in need of being cast
