I would LOVE to hear Also Sprach Zarathustra by a big steel drum group! I heard a recording of that piece by a kazoo orchestra, it was pretty amazing. I believe you can actually get that recording from Rhino Records.

But I'm sufficiently weird to want to hear a mariachi band doing Swan Lake or any number of Strauss waltzes.
