Day Trippin'

This morning, Hubby decided he wanted clam chowder for lunch.  Neither one of us had anything planned for the day, so we hopped in the Roadster, flipped the top back, and jumped on Hwy 126 headed for Mo's in Florence.  Without even knowing it, we picked a great day to go.  This weekend is the Rod & Rhodies Car Show in Florence.  It meant we couldn' ( Read more... )

It was a nice day and an awesome drive (especially with the heated seats on), but it was weird being there without you.

I love Mo's!!! I have eaten at the Mo's on Cannon Beach numerous times when visiting my mom and sister. Best chowder ever. Sounds like a lovely day.

Oh, I do love seeing pictures of stuff out that way. It just looks like somewhere I'd want to be, you know? Well, of course you know, you moved there! lol The car show looked neat and you look absolutely fantastic. So, whether you're slacking or not, it's definitely paying off for you!

Re: "day trippin'" Your title makes me wonder how many consecutive posts a person could title after Beatles songs, and it only counts if the title is appropriate. Hmmmmmm.

I'm sure a true Beatles fan could manage at least a solid month of post/song titles without a problem. For me, thinking 'day trip' set off music in my head, so I went with it. :)

Oh goodness!!! I love Mo's clam chowder. When we go down to Lincoln City/Depoe Bay we always stop there. Wow, it's been years.
