I saw Equus last night at the Broadhurst Theatre....good god. That's an eerie show. I'll explain more later....

last night my thanksgiving dinner consisted of five pieces of gyoza followed by a night of drinking and then karaoke. o_O

anyways...

things i miss:

-thanksgiving dinner
-everyone having college break at the same time

things i like:

-karaoke that is also part nomihodai
-random music playing at crosswalks/train stations/anywhere
-haichu

for dinner me, joon, and yia went and had shabu shabu. ^_^ cause me and joon were craving meat. yia had like...8-10 pieces and was done. but me and joon at around 15 plates of beef (and some pork). horray for tabehodai and people who love meat as much as i do. ; )

i'm gonna go ahead and add boston market to my list of things i miss.

list of things i like:

- no being carded
- cafeteria food (udon/curry/soba/etc.)
- food in general
- nomihodai
- ryokans
- train punctuality
- karaoke
- shooooopping ^_^

so a couple weeks ago we had a long weekend. keri, kiel, sun, and i made a short trip to hakone - staying one night in a ryokan there. twas lots o' fun. we rode a ropeway car thingy that took us up near the top of the mountain where there was a natural hot spring, which sold black eggs. we also road a pirate ship, took a walk through a REALLY old ( Read more... )
