I did it! Give this woman her rightful place in the pantheon of culinary gods; I have succesfully made an edible... dare I say it? Possibly even tasty... dessert based entirely around-- eeesh-- tofu.
And lo! It was a great day for humanity.

Also, have you ever used tofu as an egg replacer in cookies? It works wonderfully, you can't taist it I promise, and you can eat the dough with impunity.
