Off to work. For the first time in quite a while I am actually happy to go to work. Anywhere is better than being here right now. Guess I should have just stayed at work for the 4 days instead of being home today.

Apparently now I am a white cloud for interning. Last week I did 7 calls and this weeek and whopping 1 call. Ugh. At least it was a good one. This guy had pulm edema. I gave him one spray of nitro and put him on CPAP. Dan hasn't even used it yet. Heh. If I had like two more minutes I would of had an IV and pushed Lasix. Oh well. Another ( Read more... )

So Rob and I diagnosed something unnoticed again in clinical today. But it was much worse today. We diagnosed a dissecting tripple A!! This person had "severe abd pain" after having a snycople episode. Her pressure was 60/shit. Um, maybe you would have wanted to look at her huge pulsating, hard, abdomen.
