(There are no good sturdy affordable maternity clothes for anyone. I'm sure it's worse for larger women, as I completely sympathize on that front and I'm of so-called "average" (if short) size. I have tank tops I bought @ 3-4 months in that have holes in them at 9 months. WTF (and they weren't as cheap as I usually buy tank tops, either). )

I would eat as much as possible when I felt like eating and drink water when I knew I was going to barf so that I'd be actually vomiting instead of dry heaving or, worse, throwing up straight stomach acid.
Hang in there. Get an IV if you need to. It will get better eventually. Pinky promise.
Plus, when you're holding your tiny tot you'll be like "Puking? What puking?"
