ok last night I was freaking out because all my Yeast was at the bottom of the barrel. Thats very bad for fermentation of ales. In Ales the Yeast ferments at the top. Well there is a steadily rising amount of yeast at the top. so I'm not freaking out anymore. I'm treating this like its my baby, and yes I did steal that from an episode of Futrerama.
