Dear Flisties,
I love you all. You are awesome, fabulous, humorous, and really rather sexee individuals and I am so pleased to call you friends. Even in that weird, internet virtual life kind of way. I also cry at totally random things, especially when stressed or otherwise emotions running high. Much more likely at animals than people (and in a totally not symbolic way at all, characters that everyone thinks is an asshole but is secretly nice trying to be nice and people not realising it). Also, whilst hating most boring romances in TV/film I get all soppily attached to the weirdest/most fucked up of couples. . . (e.g Dexter and his new ex-gang rape victim fellow vigilante dort of girlfriend in this season's Dexter)

I cry at everything - except, on occasion, really important things - but I always have. I was the weepiest child in the world.
But the joblessness thing IS stressful and don't forget, you have in fact Crossed The Planet and are living in a place that is sort of like where you come from except really not. You're in a better space than I was when I was in London - a bit older, a hell of a lot more mature and securely partnered - but it's *still* going to mess with your head a bit. To this day I do not know how my father managed to do what he did - well actually I do, he staved off homesickness by never going home, and just sucked things up, aware that they were far better. Living in a new country is hard, no matter how nice people are.
I am SO PLEASED about the job!

I am crazy about you too, and don't care if it sounds weird to like someone you have never met so much. :)
Oh and I cry and friends laugh a bit (sweetly) and it's all good.
