So the other day I was cleaning my room, like a good girl, should when some of my books fell off my shelf. So I go to pick them up, when I look up to see a glass container about to fall on my computer. Nooo....but yes. It totally crushed my volume control..sad day. My school said I had a 3 year warrenty but I looked on the dell website and it said

haha, I love how the Dell people are going to call you "Hello, Katie. How are you doing? Are you experiencing any problems?" Well, yes as a matter of fact I am. Yup, that would be awesome. Everytime something goes wrong, little red lights should go off at the headquarters and they should call us. That would be smart of them. I would buy a computer from any company that does that.
