Ode to an ice cream cone

I had the most amazing soft serve (!) ice cream cone yesterday, and I had to share. It was called 'Pineapple Dole' (probably should have been Dole Pineapple), and had all the tart and sweet notes of a real pineapple, but with the pleasant tongue-coatingness of soft serve. I was quite pleasantly surprised that they didn't just sweeten it up like

It was Pineapple Dole Whip - maybe 'Dole Whip' is a brand name/product?
