I can't see straight. My head hurts- this pressure builds behind my eyes- and I want to shut my eyes for sleeping.

I may have spent the later part of my afternoon slumped over on the couch, because I just really did not want to move. I couldn't breathe and couldn't stop. Then I ate some pasta with cheese and felt better enough to come back to work
