Well, regardless if I like or dislike Mpregs, I liked the characters you've developt. Of course I like the writing, although I'm always amazed how calm Mike is reacting anytime he gets pregnant in a fic lol It seems he's born for it.
A little thing I saw that isn't a big one but still had me wondering because as far as I know a newborn isn't exactly able to wrap around someone's fingers lol
And I didn't freak out while reading it, which definitely makes it a better one.
I'm still struggling with my idea itself because it wouldn't be anywhere near as content as yours lol (but that's because I'm evil)
