We are now a one cat family. We had to have Bayonette put down last night. She had progressive cancer, and night before last, lost the use of her back legs. So, it was time. I'm really sorry to hear of your loss. I'm glad to hear that it was with the least anxiety and trauma to you both as was possible.

Thanks. It was really the best way it could end. I told my husband that when we have to do this again (which I hope is reallyreally NOT soon), that we should do it that way again.
