Subject: Reminder
Good afternoon to all,
At the risk of repeating myself, not to mention stating the obvious, it seems that a brief reminder of a few simple office guidelines may be necessary, if not entirely appropriate.
First of all, we would ask that you do not consume food items from the fridges in the staff kitchens, unless they specifically belong to you. A missing chocolate mousse at the end of a hard day can be a severe blow to morale, and morale is so important.
Furthermore: we are graced here with modern flush toilets, amply supplied with paper, toilet brushes, air freshener and a little spray thingimajig to clean the seat with. Please do not hesitate to make full use of these facilities, which are provided for our comfort and hygiene.
Lastly, to the person or persons apparently making a scale model of the Eiffel Tower out of coffee stirrers: please find an alternative supply. The boxes of coffee stirrers in the staff kitchens are provided for everyone's use and they are intended for the purpose of stirring coffee.
Warm regards,
Kirsten
