Nice out this morning but it's suposed to get to 90% this afternoon in the L.A. area. I had to deadhead here from Phoenix yesterday so I've already got 1800 miles in for this week and whereever I go should be at least another 1600 miles from here unless I get some short in state runs upstate. Have been having problems with dispatcher about upcoming time off, have about had it with him but I should be in this next week but probably only for 3 or 4 days. I had to swap loads with another truck that needed the load to get home so now now I del in Lexington Ky on Mon with a final derop in cincinatti, Oh later in the morning. I finually got thu to Amy on her cell phone; her house is still standing but it looks nothing in it will be able to be salvaged, it had 5 0r 6 feet of water in it for at least a couple of days so everything is coated with mud and since it may be weeks b4 the water and electric power gets ( Read more... )

Well, according to my phone I've missed 2 calls from Amy 2day, once the phone was charging in the truck while I was fueling and I don't know what happened with the 2nd one. So far I have got a busy call several times between all the circuts are busy signals. Hopefully one of us will get thru b4 long
