She must hate the fact that the English names for Russia and Prussia rhyme.

Oh it's more than rhyming, people even say things like "Prussia? Is that pretend Russia?" or something to that effect and every. single. time. she hears something like that she will beat the ever loving shit out of the person that said it. Nothing gets her angrier than being compared to Russia. That's like the highest of high offenses against her.

And her hatred of Russia makes it seem like her rel'ps with Hungary, Austria, and Poland look like perfect sunshine.

And that's the scary thing isn't it? Though her relationship with Hungary isn't that bad, they bicker and fight a lot but it's (usually) friendly, they're bros and they express their bro-dom by means of hair pulling and pointless arguing and occasional assault by frying pan. Poland and Austria though, yeah, you know shit is bad when there's a relationship worse than theirs.

What does she think of Dudestonia and Femstonia? And the Romanias in both worlds?

Femstonia - Not much to be honest. As kids she used to attack her because she was a pagan (and she owned her for a little while too) and then she kind of fell off the radar while she was busy being a kingdom. Estonia still holds a grudge from childhood trauma I think, but from Prussia's point of view they're cool. Then again Prussia is close to a lot of the former satellite states if for no other reason than she can't live in the same space as someone for a long time and truly not get along with them on some level (except Russia)

stop_hacking_me - He's a cool dude! He was the first one to explain the meme to her, and the closest to accurate too, so if you ever hear her referring to the meme as like the Matrix or to muns and namefags as IP addresses, he's where she got it from. He's also teaching her how to create spam bots. She thinks he's got kind of teenage dork look going on but it suits him, and they were forced to kiss once plus they've been made to be lovey-dovey by meme magic as well so...she knows he's a good cuddler and a decent kisser.
