I'm Pro-Life. Don't bother leaving argumentive comments about it on this post, because we both know neither of us will get anything out of it. If you're Pro-Choice, I respect that. But I'm not. I'm prolife but i believe in a woman's right to choose...does that make sense? Like I could never have an abortion, but I couldn't limit others. I do agree, though, that partial birth abortion is wrong. I think that what we have now is a pretty fair compromise: Abort within the first trimester.

Actually, the way the law stands now you have six months to abort a fetus before it has to go under review. So, it's actually the second trimester. :)

The third trimester is when the baby could naturally survive outside of the womb and that's when the case has to come under review (such as mother may die if they have the baby).
