I joined a gym* recently. With my work schedule (12-hour shifts), going to the gym on a work day isn't feasible (and yes, I did try for a few weeks), so I've now set up a schedule/exercise routine that is doable. I don't know if I will actually lose weight, but at least I'm getting more exercise ( Read more... )
