Buff Report

The workouts are going well! I am not feeling the "buffness" I felt initially, though. Probably because my body is now more accustomed to working out and I do not "feel" my muscles as I did when I started. My muscles are getting harder, however. What kind of curls do you do? (I'm wavering between preacher and hammer curls and trying to decide which I like best.)

The food issues will be hard, but conquerable.

They hit the biceps differently. I've read that preacher curls hit more of the muscle body but hammer curls make a nice high peak.

May I share with you some of my newfound strategies for dealing with food issues? It's hard to say no in this forum, cause you get them anyway! MWA HA HA! But you can always delete them ( ... )

I have to eat often. If I go five hours without food my blood sugar drops and I morph into a raving bitch. This is not good.

I no longer feel compelled to finish everything on my plate, especially in restaurants. I do best if I manage to convince FD to share a salad and an entree with me.
