I think my scale is broken

Gym last night. I did 10 mins stair climber, 10 mins elliptical, leg press at 460lbs, shoulder press at 25 lbs, gluteal extension, ab machine, and lower back. I think I may be forgetting something, but definitely that at least. The workout lasted an hour. I felt so so so accomplished after. Sadly, the scale says I now weigh 167.6. I think sometimes it just takes a while. Like, if you exercise consistently it'll work...
I've decided to try to get in better shape too. I think it's going to take some serious effort though since it's going to get real cold.
