Have relocated to Amherst this past week. After a wee bit of trickery and a minor battle with Comcast, I even have a shiny internet connection now. Almost finished with moving -- aside from the inevitable small changes as I adjust to this place, all that remains is waiting for my mattress to arrive so my bed no longer looks like a table, and

It looks like I may have to vanquish my slightly irrational fear of gas stoves.

We shall do no such thing. Gas stoves are tools of Satan. If anybody asks and it impugns (right word?) upon your masculinity, you can just tell people I have an irrational fear of gas stoves and you humor me. =P
