Originally I had tried to link it to this song, there was some kind of screw up with LJ and it lost the fic. So I had to repost it and then I found the song and WHAM! It does make a difference doesn't it! I love it when you can find a song or something that resonates.

Loved the fic. Dean's run and then the dialogue with Jamie is special. Loved Dean working through his internal strife. But as a Winchester dad he makes the right decision. Like how Jamie pulls together Dean's stories to understand why he was wrong and why he deserved the mother of all spankings. Like how gramps is always a force to be concerned about. Two thumbs up for another great fix!

Thank you. So sorry for not responding sooner. I've been in a major funk and never even saw the comments!! I'm glad you liked this. I kind of enjoyed taking a song and making it a story. It really felt like something the songwriter came up with just for Jamie and Dean.

Yes, it's a repost. I was finally able to find and figure out how to put the song in the way I wanted to. Sorry for the lateness of my response. I've been "neglectful" of my wonderful community and hope to rectify that soon.
